I couldn't believe my eyes when I arrived at this hidden gem in the Tuscan hills. The charm and tranquility of the property immediately captivated me. From the moment I stepped into my spacious and beautifully furnished suite, I knew I was in for a magical stay. The attention to detail and the warm, personal touch of the staff made me feel right at home. I spent my days lounging by the picture-perfect pool, surrounded by the stunning landscape of flowers and trees. The meals at the restaurant were an absolute delight, showcasing fresh, local ingredients that left me craving for more. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the rocky road to the hotel and the lack of wifi in some areas, these were quickly overshadowed by the overall experience. Lupaia is truly a Tuscan jewel that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

I recently stayed at Lupaia in Montepulciano for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of wine and given a tour of the property. The staff was exceptional, from the cleaning staff to the management, and the service was truly top-notch. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, especially the dinner options. The views from the infinity pool and the front terrace were breathtaking, showcasing the stunning hilltop village. The bed in our deluxe room was incredibly comfortable, and the private garden added a lovely touch. One staff member even went above and beyond by cleaning our car before we left. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort.
I would recommend this hotel.

Despite the small drawbacks, the hotel had a unique and beautiful design that we really enjoyed. the views of the countryside were breathtaking and added to the overall charm of the place. the food at the hotel was delicious, and we loved that many of the ingredients were grown in the garden. it was a great experience, especially if you have a car or use the taxi services provided.
The hotel room did not have any tea making facilities, which was quite disappointing. the staff did offer to make tea in the dining room, but we were surprised when we were charged for it at check out.
